Hello and welcome to Heart & Mind Transformations!  I started this holistic life coaching business after spending 35 years in information technology.  I have a bachelor's of computer science in information systems and a master's degree in public administration.  I served in various senior leadership roles in private and public sector jobs ​within the banking, education, real estate, hospitality, and healthcare industries as well as Christian ministries. I am actively involved in my city having served as a Planning Commissioner for six and a half years and four years on the board of the Economic Development Authority for the City of Hampton, VA, where I continue to serve today.  

In addition to my professional accomplishments, my greatest joy comes from the lives I've touched serving in different ministerial capacities as a youth leader, ordained minister and elder, and Christian counselor.  Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and I want all that I do to glorify him.  My coaching business is centered around helping individuals excel in their life and careers by employing ICF-Certified coaching methods with a Christ-centered approach to help transform you into the person you desire to be.
